Mr. 60 Rides With A Legend

Mr. 60 had the most incredible training ride in Central Park this afternoon. I had the great fortune to ride with local legend Ken 'The Motor' Harris!

Also in the park today? Lance Armstrong. Mr. 60 rode right past him on Harlem Hill.

Did Mr. 60 say hi to him? Nope.

Did he look fat? Yep.
